The date I want to fill in for my search is not offered. Why ?
Each Këdia integrated network undertakes to provide information on public transport services and timetables up to three months in advance.
Beyond this period, the news is no longer guaranteed; this is why Këdia allows you to prepare your itinerary up to 90 days after the effective date of your request.
Note: Këdia does not allow route searches for dates prior to the day of your request.
The place I selected on the map is not recognized. Why ?
When clicking on the map, a message like the one below can be displayed.
When selecting a point on the map, Këdia searches for the nearest road to allow you to make your route.
If this message appears, we advise you to get closer to a public road.
The proposed route is inconsistent. How to obtain a coherent solution?
When you search for routes, you can obtain a result that does not satisfy you, either because the proposed route is unclear or because you are certain that it is not the best solution.
That is why, at the bottom of each page presenting an answer, whether it is the summary sheets (page proposing the 3 best solutions) or the road sheets (page presenting the detail of the path of the chosen solution), a link "Give your opinion" is proposed to you.
This link pointing to a form, allows you to quickly expose your point of view on the solutions proposed by Këdia. Depending on your explanations, your contact Këdia will test your route and help you find a satisfactory solution, provide additional explanations or initiate changes to the route calculator to improve the service and quality of the proposed solutions.
What if cards or line schedules do not display?
- Check the compatibility of your Internet browser.
For reasons of security, speed and compatibility with development standards for the web, it is recommended to have a recent browser version.
On the other hand, to improve its performance, Këdia may be required to use features available only on the latest generations of browsers.
Këdia is compatible with the last 3 browser versions:- Internet Explorer
- Firefox
- Chromium
- Safari / Mac OS
- Check that the "Do not track me" security option is disabled.
As the operation of the Këdia website requires the use of "cookies", this option must be deactivated.
How to navigate on Këdia?

I do not receive emails from Këdia
Këdia can send you emails in different contexts:
- Newsletter
- Registration confirmation email to "My account"
- Email following a request to send a forgotten password "My account"
- Alert email on routes
- Receive a copy of the mail sent from the sections "Contact", give my opinion in the sections "Schedules" or "Trip planner"
If you do not receive an email, check in your spam and junk mail.
You must authorize the sender Këdia.
Is bus geolocation real-time?
If the following pictogram appears, it means that the bus is geolocated. This information is real time. It is updated every minute. To date, this applies to the entire Tanéo network.
How can I view the time sheets offline ?
It is possible to download the timesheets in pdf to be able to view them offline. To do this you have to click on the icon : "generate the pdf" :
When are schedules updated ?
It depends on the carriers :
For Rai, the update is daily.
For other carriers, it depends on the carrier.
We work with the various carriers to ensure that updates are made as quickly as possible.
Could we know the prices of the journeys ?
